1. Shipping Costs

1.1 Netherlands

We offer FREE shipping within the Netherlands for all orders with the exception of solar panels. For solar panels, a minimum of 15 solar panels or 900 euros applies.

1.2 International

For international orders, we apply the following shipping costs:

  • Europe: On request
  • Worldwide: On request

2. Processing Time and Delivery Time

2.1 Processing Time

  • Standard products: 3-5 business days processing time before shipping
  • Pre-ordered items: Shipping as soon as the item is available
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped

2.2 Delivery Times

Netherlands:

  • Standard: 1-2 business days after shipping
  • Remote areas: 2-3 business days after shipping

International:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days after shipping
  • Worldwide: 7-14 business days after shipping

2.3 Factors that can affect delivery time

Delivery times may be longer due to:

  • National holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs procedures (for international shipments)
  • Unforeseen circumstances with carriers

3. Pre-ordered and Backordered Items

3.1 Mixed orders

If your order contains both available and pre-ordered items:

  • Available items will be shipped immediately
  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available
  • You will not pay extra shipping costs for the second shipment

3.2 Communication

  • You will be informed about the expected availability of pre-ordered items
  • In case of delay, you will receive timely notification with a new estimated delivery date

4. Track & Trace

4.1 Tracking information

  • You will automatically receive a track & trace code via email once your order has been shipped
  • If you provide your mobile number, you will also receive an SMS confirmation
  • Tracking information will be available within 1-3 business days after shipping

4.2 Track your order

  • Use the track & trace code to follow your shipment
  • Tracking is available via the carrier's website

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery address

  • Ensure that the delivery address is entered completely and correctly
  • Please include any specific delivery instructions in the comments field
  • In case of absence, the package will be delivered according to the carrier's procedure

5.2 Address changes

  • Address changes are possible up to 24 hours after placing the order
  • Contact us immediately at info@sunteg.nl for changes
  • No address changes are possible after shipping

6. Responsibilities and Liability

6.1 Incorrect address provided

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address
  • Additional costs due to an incorrect address are at the customer's expense
  • SunTeg Solar B.V. is not liable for delays caused by this

6.2 Lost or stolen packages

  • SunTeg Solar B.V. is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • In case of loss after a package is marked as delivered: contact the carrier
  • For assistance, please contact our customer service

6.3 Transit damage

  • Check your package immediately upon receipt
  • Report transit damage within 24 hours via info@sunteg.nl
  • Keep the original packaging for investigation

7. International Shipments

7.1 Customs and import duties

  • Additional costs (customs, VAT, import duties) are at the recipient's expense
  • SunTeg Solar B.V. is not responsible for customs delays
  • Check local import regulations in your country

7.2 Returns of international shipments

  • Return costs for international shipments are at the customer's expense
  • See our Return and Refund Policy for further information

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Not home at delivery

  • The carrier will attempt to redeliver or take the package to a pick-up point
  • You will receive notification from the carrier about this
  • Follow the carrier's instructions for pick-up

8.2 Damaged package

  • Do not accept a damaged package without reservation
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Report the damage immediately upon receipt via info@sunteg.nl
