Investing in the future of your home

All-electric heat pumps completely replace your central heating boiler, allowing you to heat your home 100% gas-free. With high efficiency (COP 3-5), they extract heat from the outside air or ground. Not only do you significantly reduce your CO₂ emissions, but you are also prepared for rising gas prices.

Switching to an all-electric heat pump is a strategic investment in comfort, sustainability, and financial security. While hybrid systems are still partially dependent on gas, an all-electric heat pump ensures that your home is heated entirely gas-free. This not only means a direct reduction in your CO₂ emissions (an average of 1,000 kg per year) but also significant long-term savings on your energy costs. The initial investment averages €12,000 including installation, but thanks to the ISDE subsidy (up to €3,925 for 12kW and A+++ label) and favorable loans through the Warmtefonds, it is becoming increasingly accessible. Furthermore, rising gas prices and growing demand for sustainable homes increase the value of your house. 95% of users are satisfied, and 7 out of 10 would choose a heat pump again.

Immediate financial benefit and support

With an all-electric heat pump, your monthly expenses will significantly decrease. For an average terraced house, you will save approximately 550 m³ of gas annually and only pay for the additional electricity consumption (approx. 2,600 kWh per year). The net savings amount to up to €510 per year for a terraced house and even €1,080 for a detached house, depending on insulation and consumption.

The ISDE subsidy reimburses up to 30% of the purchase and installation costs, meaning the payback period is between 17 and 23 years (or shorter with high energy prices or extensive self-consumption from solar panels). Local subsidies, energy-saving loans, and sometimes even 0% financing are also available. This way, you maintain control over your expenses and immediately benefit from lower energy costs.

Comfort & Value Enhancement: Living Without Compromise
Enjoy a consistently pleasant temperature while improving your home's energy label.

Comfortable living and a sound investment

A fully electric heat pump not only provides sustainable heat, but also unprecedented comfort. Thanks to low-temperature heating (ideal with underfloor heating), the indoor temperature remains constant and pleasant, without peaks or troughs. 8 out of 10 users find the indoor climate very comfortable.

Your home also increases in value: a higher energy label (A or better) makes your house more attractive to future buyers. The installation is quiet (maximum 40 dB at the property line), and noise nuisance is rare: 7 out of 10 owners never experience problems with the system. With a lifespan of 15-20 years and minimal maintenance (approx. €150 per year), you choose carefree living without compromise.

Carefree Use: Maintenance & Durability
Choose a system that performs reliably for years and has a minimal impact on the environment.

Reliability and environmental friendliness

Fully electric heat pumps are designed for a long lifespan and require little maintenance. Annual inspections suffice; filters are cleaned, and the refrigerant is checked. The latest models use environmentally friendly refrigerants such as propane (R290), with an extremely low climate impact (GWP 3 versus 200-700 for synthetic variants).

The CO₂ reduction from using a heat pump is many times greater than the environmental impact of the refrigerant. Recycling is well-regulated: 82% of discarded appliances are processed responsibly. With this choice, you actively contribute to a greener future, without compromising reliability or comfort.

Future-proof and sustainable heating

With a fully electric heat pump, you are ready for tomorrow's energy market. You are no longer dependent on uncertain gas prices and you benefit maximally from self-generated electricity, for example with solar panels.

Smart energy management systems make it possible to optimize your consumption and further reduce costs. The combination with a home battery makes your household partly self-sufficient. By choosing a system that is easy to upgrade, your home always stays up-to-date and sustainable. In this way, you not only invest in comfort and savings, but also in the value and future-proofing of your home.

ISDE Subsidy 2025

The ISDE subsidy for fully electric heat pumps in 2025 will be €1,250 + €225 per kW above 1 kW. An 8 kW model with an A+++ label will receive €3,025 in subsidy. The application process is straightforward via RVO.nl after the installation has been completed by a certified installer.

Savings & Payback Period

A fully electric heat pump saves 550-1180 m³ of gas annually, depending on your home type. The additional electricity consumption is 1580-3210 kWh. At current energy prices, this results in a net saving of €510-€1080 per year, with a payback period of 5-15 years, depending on your specific situation.

 Space requirements

For an all-electric heat pump, you will need space for an indoor unit (approximately 1x1x2 meters) and a hot water storage tank. The outdoor unit is strategically placed for minimal noise and maximum efficiency, preferably at least 3 meters from the property boundary.

Heat emission systems

A fully electric heat pump performs optimally with low-temperature heating systems: underfloor heating (ideal), low-temperature radiators, or fan convectors. Existing radiators can often be retained, but specific adaptations are required for cooling functionality.

User experience

All-electric heat pumps provide stable, comfortable heat. The temperature is consistent, without the peaks and valleys of traditional heating. 95% of users are satisfied, and 7 out of 10 owners would install a heat pump again in their next home.

Noise generation

Modern fully electric heat pumps comply with strict noise standards: a maximum of 40 dB at night and 45 dB during the day at the property boundary. Thanks to innovative technology and clever placement, 7 out of 10 owners never experience noise nuisance from their heat pump.

Maintenance costs

A fully electric heat pump requires minimal maintenance: an annual inspection (around €150) is sufficient. This includes checking the refrigerant, cleaning filters, and optimizing settings. With a lifespan of 15-20 years, you are assured of many years of carefree comfort.

Efficiency & Performance

All-electric heat pumps achieve a COP of 3-5, meaning they produce 3-5 times more heat than the electricity they consume. An average home requires about 8 kW of power. The SCOP (annual average) shows the actual efficiency under different weather conditions throughout the year.

Refrigerants & Sustainability

Our heat pumps use environmentally friendly refrigerants like propane (R290) with a minimal climate impact (GWP 3), versus 200-700 for synthetic variants. A monoblock heat pump requires less refrigerant because all components are in one housing, which further reduces the ecological footprint.

Heating capacity

Our all-electric heat pumps have sufficient capacity to heat your entire home, even during cold winter days down to -20°C. They deliver a stable heat that is experienced as more comfortable than traditional heating, and also offer the option to cool in the summer.
